We thought we'd tried every way to use those wonderful Atkinson zippers until Carol & Martha got creative in the showroom the morning after Thanksgiving, creating our Christmas Zipper Tree! Dan had the white mini-lights strung and lit for us. Carol designed and printed up some gift tags. We gathered up the Strip Zips mini-bags Martha had stitched up in holiday colors, the Happy Holidays mini tree skirt Carol had just quilted, and our colorful zipper display spinner. In no time, we had the tree decked with gift-card holding “ornaments", buttons strung on pearl cotton, and our finishing touch – zippers in gold, blue, and red draped here and there, our “zipper tinsel”.
